High Country Hoops with take you through a fitness based hula hoop workout with your entire body in mind! Using a large weighted hoop and hoop dancing's basic moves she will guide you through a workout that will challenge and refresh your body. Waist Hooping, Maintaining, Walking, Turning, Lifts, Arm and Leg work, Passing, and Weaving are some techniques you will learn in combination with aerobic and dance moves to keep your muscles working, your body moving and your brain having fun! This is not your typical aerobics class!
